RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Right of Return
In accordance with Romanian consumer protection legislation, you have the right to return products purchased online within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, without needing to justify your decision and without incurring any costs other than the return shipping costs.
Return Conditions
To return a product, it must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original packaging, unsealed or opened only for inspection
- The product must show no signs of use or damage
- All accessories, manuals, and documents received with the product must be returned
- Must be accompanied by the original invoice or a copy thereof
Products That Cannot Be Returned
According to legislation, the following products cannot be returned:
- Sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons
- Personalized or custom-made products
Return Procedure
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at office@man-audio.com or +40744450504 within 14 days of receiving the product
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- You will receive detailed instructions regarding the product return
- Pack the product in its original packaging and ship it to our address
Refund
We will process the refund within a maximum of 14 days from receiving the returned product, after verifying its condition. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for purchase, unless you expressly request another method.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or was delivered incorrectly.
Warranty
All products sold come with a warranty in accordance with current legislation and manufacturer specifications. Warranty details are available in the product documentation.
