2. DEFINITIONS

  • Seller: MAN Audio, operator of man-audio.com
  • Buyer/Customer: individual or legal entity purchasing products through the website
  • Consumer: individual or group of individuals organized in associations, acting for purposes outside their commercial, industrial, production, craft, or professional activities
  • Product: audio equipment or accessory available for sale on the website
  • Order: request to purchase one or more products

3. ORDER PROCESS

3.1. To place an order, you must:

  • Select desired products and add them to cart
  • Complete the order form with required information
  • Choose delivery and payment method
  • Confirm the order

3.2. Order confirmation represents acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and constitutes a sales contract between Seller and Buyer.

3.3. You will receive order confirmation via email at the address provided.

3.4. We reserve the right to cancel orders if:

  • Products are no longer available in stock
  • Information provided is incomplete or incorrect
  • There are suspicions of fraud

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

4.1. All prices displayed on the website are expressed in RON and include VAT.

4.2. Prices may be modified without prior notice, but your order will be honored at the price displayed at the time of order placement.

4.3. Accepted payment methods are:

  • Bank transfer

4.4. The fiscal invoice will be issued and sent with the ordered products.

5. DELIVERY

5.1. Delivery is made to the address indicated by the customer in the order form.

5.2. Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on product availability and delivery area.

5.3. Delivery costs are displayed during checkout and may vary based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

5.4. Risk of loss or damage to products transfers to the customer upon receipt of the package from the courier.

5.5. Upon receiving the package, the customer is obligated to check the integrity of the packaging and conformity of products with the order.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

6.1. According to OUG 34/2014, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receiving the product, without needing to justify the decision.

6.3. The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products or sealed products that have been unsealed.

7. WARRANTY

7.1. All products sold come with a warranty in accordance with current legislation and manufacturer specifications.

7.2. The legal warranty of conformity is a minimum of 24 months from the delivery date for new goods.

7.3. The warranty certificate and specific conditions are provided with the product.

7.4. The warranty does not cover defects caused by:

  • Improper use or negligence
  • Unauthorized interventions
  • Mechanical damage
  • Exposure to extreme conditions

8. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

8.1. Personal data provided is processed in accordance with GDPR and Romanian data protection legislation.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

10.1. The Seller cannot be held liable for:

  • Inability to use the website due to technical reasons
  • Delivery delays caused by force majeure or third parties (courier)
  • Incorrect information provided by the customer

10.2. The Seller's liability is limited to the value of purchased products.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

11.1. This contract is governed by Romanian law.

11.2. Any dispute will be resolved amicably. Otherwise, disputes will be resolved by competent courts in Romania.

11.3. Consumers may use the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

11.4. Additionally, consumers may contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) or appeal to an authorized mediator.

12. FINAL PROVISIONS

12.1. The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Modifications will be published on the website and will take effect from the date of publication.

12.2. Orders placed before modifications will be honored according to the terms accepted at the time of order placement.
